Did You Really Pick The Business Your In?

Think about it, the business you are presently with, did you make the choice to join it? Or were you drawn to it by the attraction of your sponsor, has you thinking doesn’t it?

Listen it’s literally tens of thousands of Network Marketing business on the web today, and its growing at a ridicules rate. So with all those options at your fingertips what placed you in your present business?…….. It’s the attraction to your sponsor.

Take a step back and look at the people that are contacting you and asking you questions about your business, are they the type of individual you want on your team, or are you chasing your prospects?

Remember my previous training on the Hunter and the Hunted, if you’re a Hunter take a step back and reevaluate your present business and the direction your leaders are pointing you in. Retention in this industry is the cornerstone to success and that only comes with well trained team members, so attract the right people to your business and stop trying to place cattle in the barn.

I am not a sales person, I actually worked in that industry for a few years and SUCKED! I love working and teaching individuals that have similar values, interests and beliefs as I do, so how do you have those individuals join your business?

Everything in your life today has been brought there by you; you attracted it into your life. The same applies to your business, ATTRACT the people you desire and they will arrive. Write posts with content and great training tips, write inspirational messages that uplift and help others, put others first in all you do for your business. I have not approached ONE person in my present business and it is growing and producing like no other business I have been in, and that’s a 14 year time span.

Take a moment and grab a pen and paper and write down what the perfect business partner would look like for you, their age, sex, marital status, type of person they are. Be as detailed as possible, and this is the person you need to direct your messages to when you are trying to attract people to your business. When you write messages and posts, have this person in mind as the receiver of your message, attract this leader to you.

So do you think you joined your present business, or did it select you?

Knowing how to attract the right people, being the Hunted and not the Hunter, having a Master Plan, all these things should be things that evolve instinctively in you as you develop into a leader in this industry. So find a true leader that knows how to transform your present thinking and gives you the skill set to be a great teacher in return, for there is where your retention and success lies. Your team members need to be able to do what you do for success….TEACH THEM TO BE GREAT TEACHERS.
